How to change rear brake pads of mini cooper?

first buy your new pads and a disc brake compressor tool. open hood and loosen brake reservoir lid and place rag around base of opening. leave lid on to keep out dirt. chock front wheels. lift rear of car. remove wheels. remove bolts that hold caliper to bracket. remove outer pad and use tool to compress piston. replace pads and bolt caliper back on. repeat on other side. replace wheels and pump brakes until pedal is hard. replace reservoir cap and take a slow test drive while applying brakes repeatedly to set calipers.listen for any unusual noise while driving.
